Lupin to borrow up to Rs 500cr; appoints Deloitte as auditor

Pharma firm Lupin today said it will borrow up to Rs 500 crore from corporate bodies and various financial institutions. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange Lupin said its shareholders have approved the company to borrow up to Rs 500 crore in the form of term-loans or debentures from various financial institutions and corporate bodies.
